As a broke artist, I figured this is one small way I can donate to relief efforts in Haiti, and help others to donate as well.
Through the end of January, 30% of the profit of all items in my Etsy shop will go to the American Red Cross for their work in Haiti. Upon purchase, you will be mailed your art and proof of donation.
I just fell a little more googley-eyed in love with Etsy - an online venue for selling art and handmade goods. Etsyians from around the Capital region did a holiday exchange. I was paired with Amy of Raine Studios. I sent her one of my string zombie illustrations. In exchange? She sent me several BEAUTIFUL rings (if you know me, you know i adore rings beyond all hope), and an interwoven pendant. I need to put the word out there, Amy knows her stuff. Her jewelry is unique, rocking cool, and beautiful.
